I would not recommend this tap or this company. 5 months after the tap was installed I got a call from my daughter saying she was unable to turn of the water. I instructed her on how to turn of the house water, avoiding a flood. Wayfair was little help by only giving me the contact info of the supplier (Raen Homes). I email the supplier with no response. Their phone number just goes to voicemail each time you call.

I ended up having to fix the tap myself. The cheap plastic valves they use in there taps had cracked, not allowing you to turn off the water. I purchased a set brass valves as replacement. Raen brags about a 5 year replacement warranty on their valves on their website. Absolutely no good if they have no intention of honouring it.
